Hi, I'm Val.

I'm a coach and NLP technician in training. I've been studying coaching and NLP for two years and I intend to enter the professional realm progressively.

I'm also a (copy)-writer, translator, editor and language tutor who's looking to add coaching and NLP to her services as a side hustle. I'm a single mom of two and a freelancer at heart who's been dancing since she was 6 and practising yoga for 15 years.

I love listening to people's stories and to help them make more sense of what's happening to them to get a clearer perspective of what they want to do next and what they want to achieve in the long term.
