About Amra Muratović
As an experienced professional with 20+ years of experience in the international development industry, I have had and still have different assignments in my daily job. I am very skilled in managerial tasks, intercultural communication, public speaking, HR policies, as well as in personal and organizational development. Still, my greatest passion lies in designing and implementing workshops, trainings and educational programs and working directly with the beneficiaries. Using the interactive methods and enabling the participants to learn based on their previous experiences, to change their perspective and to engage their emotions in the learning process is my modus operandi.
Besides the fact that I enjoy providing the training programs I do have 15 years of experience in designing and delivering different training programs, facilitating and moderating group discussions and finding and creating common ground for understanding of different parties.
