About MD Amr Shamala
Amr Shamala is a specialist Human Resources consultant and trainer
with over fifteen years of progressive and successful experience in all
phases of strategic planning, operations and financial management.
He has a Masters Degree in Management and Learning Development
(MMLD) from the EuroArab Management School (EAMS) – Granada,
Spain.
Amr is recognised as a hands-on, pro-active trouble shooter who can
rapidly identify business problems, formulate strategic plans, initiate
change and implement new processes in challenging and diverse
environments. Amrs’ professional approach focuses on assessing the
internal and external environments of the business in question, in order to tailor solutions
that will enhance the internal operational cycle and business processes.
Amr has led many successful training programmes and delivered consultancy services to
small and medium enterprises, as well as full-size corporations. Training projects have
included Zain Group, Baraka Optics, Raya Holding and Central Bank of Egypt - Egyptian
Banking Institute.
Amr has implemented various learning programmes and training courses specialising, (but
not limited to) the following areas: people management, quality customer service,
presentation skills, mind mapping, team buidling, negotiation skills and sales techniques.
Amr’s current career objective is to become an innovative and seasoned senior executive and
leading consultant in the field of Human Resources management - focussing on human
capacity development and organisational improvement.
